#1 Don’t think about dieting, think about what food is going to nourish you and keep you healthy. Its more a healthy lifestyle than a short-term fix

#2 Drink a lot of water, I try to drink at least 2-2.5 liters a day. More if I work out. Keeping fully hydrated actually increases your metabolism a little, and often being thirsty can make you feel hungry

#3 I try to eat fruit rather than drink juice. Fruit juice is filled with sugar and you don’t get any of the fiber

#4 when I work out I don’t drink sports drinks. I drink a lot of One coconut water, its high in Magnesium and potassium and lower in sugar

#5 I don’t drink or eat anything containing artificial sweeteners. I have heard too many bad things about aspartame, including that it makes you more hungry, and that it’s bad for your health

#6 I try to substitute white foods such as white rice, bread, and pasta for brown bread, rice and pasta

#7 I don’t use the microwave or make quick ready meals, even when I am short on time. by warming stuff up I eat more because I can, rather than because I am hungry.

#8 I do a lot of jump rope, 15-30 mins at a time. I started by jumping rope to 1 song on my Ipod and built up from there.

#9 I do most of my arm weights using the swiss ball, and also my core workout on there too

I didn’t realize that I had to state I want loyalty, honesty, etc, etc.  Isn’t that obvious?? I’m on a dating show.. Did I come on looking for a liar or a cheat? But I suppose its not obvious when the matchmaker’s Steve Wards own mother says on Jimmy Fallon that he’s dating a couple of girls. I have to make it clear.  Here to idiotic 1st dates from now on.

Yes I like good-looking men. Physical attraction is important to me. When I have sex I don’t want to turn the lights of because his appearance is off-putting to me. But here is the key.  As the age-old saying goes “Beauty is in the eye of the Beholder” and what is good-looking to one person may not be good-looking to me.

Brad Pitt is considered one of the hottest men but I have never found him attractive. And women and men have asked a couple of times why I found a couple of my ex’s hot. People reading this may think I’m hot, pretty, or just down right ugly. It’s subjective

If I was asked to go to a party with the top 100 party of. A) the hottest men in the world B) the smartest C) the most intelligent or D) the funniest. I’m stuck at which I’d choose. All I know is it most definitely WOULD NOT be A) the hottest. But as soon as I got to party B C or D I’d seek the hottest men..

I said SUCCESS and I pity the person who defines success purely by money.

If that is the sole definition of success then no wonder so many people are  miserable because not everyone is going to be wealthy. So by their own definition they are a failure.

However, my definition of success goes along with setting and achieving your own personal goals. That could be passing an exam, getting  a new job, teaching a child to read, hosting a charity event that went well, winning a race. Completing a marathon, getting in shape. Every one has different goals and different standards that they set. There is no way that a goal driven person who achieves each goal and step they take should feel unsuccessful because they aren’t millionaires.

Anyone that says I am looking for a ‘rich man’ because I said I want a ‘successful man’ is money oriented themselves, and to be honest I hope they live a life of unfulfillment.

Ironically, ‘what is success?’ was my question when I won Miss Great Britain in 1998 judged by Simon Cowell. Although I cant remember what I said word for word 14 years ago, I certainly know it didn’t involve money… and nor does it today.

Watch the show.. See if I ever mention money, or see whether people assume that that’s what I meant by success.

I am set to star On Vh1′s, 10 episode reality show “Tough love Miami” Where I enlists the help of celebrity match maker “Steve Ward” to help me find a man and find out where I’ve has been going wrong in relationships.

I’m former Miss Great Britain, Miss Universe contestant and pin up girl and have appeared in countless tabloids and magazines.
